Privacy

Interim privacy notice.

Alloy is preparing its formal public privacy policy. Until that policy is published, this page explains the limited information Alloy expects to collect from early website visitors and outreach conversations.

What we collect

Only the basics needed to understand early interest.

The Alloy website is an early marketing and customer discovery site. If you request a demo, email us, or respond to outreach, we may receive your work email, company, role, product interest, current wallet or custody stack, geography served, and notes you choose to share.

  • Request-access form details are used to route follow-up and understand product fit.
  • Basic page-view and click events may be stored locally or measured through privacy-conscious analytics once configured.
  • We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, personal wallet credentials, production API keys, or regulated customer financial data through this website.

Privacy questions

Email hello@alloy.build for privacy questions, deletion requests, correction requests, or to ask how early outreach information is being used.

How we use it

Customer discovery, not resale.

Alloy uses early website and outreach data to qualify interest, schedule discovery conversations, improve the website, and prioritize product research. Alloy does not sell early outreach information.

Follow-up

We use contact details to reply to access requests, schedule conversations, and send relevant product updates.

Product research

We use aggregated patterns, such as provider lock-in or reconciliation pain, to refine WalletKit and later Alloy modules.

Security boundary

Alloy is non-custodial. The public site is not a place to submit customer funds, keys, wallet secrets, or production transaction data.
