Terms

Interim website terms.

Alloy is preparing formal public terms. Until those terms are published, this page describes the practical boundaries for using the early Alloy website and request-access flow.

Website scope

This website is for evaluation and customer discovery.

The current Alloy website describes planned and validating digital asset infrastructure modules, starting with WalletKit as a custody portability and provider abstraction layer. Public website content is informational and does not create a production service agreement, custody relationship, legal advice, compliance advice, or financial advice.

  • Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, wallet secrets, production API keys, or regulated customer financial data through the website.
  • Product descriptions may evolve as market research, customer discovery, and implementation work continue.
  • Access to any beta, sandbox, or production service will be governed by separate written terms when available.

Questions

Email hello@alloy.build for questions about website content, demo requests, commercial discussions, or formal terms.

Product boundary

Alloy is positioned as non-custodial infrastructure.

Read this site as an early description of Alloy's intended platform direction: modular, API-first, AI-native, and provider-neutral. It is not an offer to custody funds or hold customer assets.

No custody offer

Alloy does not ask website visitors to transfer assets, share custody credentials, or move funds through the public website.

No warranty

Early website content is provided as-is for evaluation and discussion while Alloy continues research and implementation.

Separate agreements

Any beta, pilot, or commercial deployment should use separate written terms, security review, and implementation scope.
